Apartment on the 3rd floor with 1 bedroom in the popular Ronda 4, Los Boliches, Fuengirola, with a southwest-facing balcony, sea views and communal swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and dining table for 4 people. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with appliances and utensils necessary for cooking at home. A pleasant sunny balcony to relax and eat outdoors, with beautiful views of the sea and beach. A good-sized bedroom with a double bed, which can be divided into 2 single beds, and built-in wardrobes. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning, TV in different languages and WiFi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
The community has a large communal swimming pool, lift and access ramp directly from the entrance boulevard.
The location right on the Los Boliches seafront, Fuengirola, is hard to beat. Here you can enjoy walks and bike rides all year round. There are a multitude of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and mini supermarkets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and is just across the street. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, just a short walk away, with direct access to the airport and the city of Málaga. There is no need to have a car to stay in this beautiful apartment.

The apartment complex felt safe and easy to get into! There was construction work going on at the time, but it was only a minor inconvenience. The location is perfect as there was many shops and restaurants just 5 mins walk and talk of the town litersee more

There is currently roadworks taking place on the paseo in front of the building which may affect your stay Lovely 1 bedroom/1 bathroom seafront apartment with swimming pool next to the a beach in Torreblanca, Fuengirola. Great location, surrounded by amenities and situated less than a 5 minutes walk from the train station, so no need for a car. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and consists of a lounge with 2 comfortable sofa beds, TV and glazed south west facing sunny terrace with dining table. A perfect place for all your meals and to enjoy the beautiful sea views any time of the year. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, micro, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all utensils you need. The bedroom has 2 big single beds and a built in wardrobe. Bathroom with full bath/shower combo. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in bedroom and living room, free Wi-Fi and UK Freeview TV. We provide all bed linen and towels. There is a lift in the building and the community has a communal garden and a very nice swimming pool. The apartment is located on the promenade of Torreblanca, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides all year around. The golden sandy Torreblanca area of Fuengirola beach is very popular and a little quieter than the beaches of central Fuengirola and Los Boliches, ideal for both families and couples. Please note due to the ongoing drought restrictions we are unable to confirm the opening of the pools beyond september 30th 2024 This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment can accomodate 4 people and is comfortably located in the middle of Fuengirola center. From here you have walking distance to everything including train and bus station, shopping, restaurants and coffee shops and off course the beautiful blue flagged beaches of Fuengirola. The accomodation consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen - fully fitted with everything you need. Refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes and a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a double sofa bed in the living room. The terrace has been build in and offers open views of the city and the mountains. There is a communal swimming pool and lift in the building. The apartment is equipped with TV, internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, iron, hair dryer, central heating and air conditioning in the lounge area and a large ceiling fan in the bedroom. The beaches in Fuengirola are highly rated and there are also lots of restaurants and bars in this area, including many traditional beach restaurants - chiringuitos - with fresh fish and sea food. The 7 km long beach promenade offers a fantastic quality of life all year round and, in addition to sun and swimming, is also excellent for walking and cycling. ***please note*** This apartment does not have a local key collection point.
