Apartment on the 3rd floor with 1 bedroom in popular Ronda 4, Los Boliches, Fuengirola, with south west facing balcony, sea views and communal swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a lounge with a comfortable sofa-bed, TV and dining table for 4 people. An open plan kitchen fully equipped with the appliances and utensils you need to cook at home. A nice sunny balcony for relaxing and eating al fresco, with beautiful sea and beach views. A good sized bedroom with a double bed, that can be divided into 2 individual beds, and fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning, TV in different languages and Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
The community has a big communal pool, lift and ramp access directly off the flat entrance boulevard.
The location right on the promenade of Los Boliches, Fuengirola, is hard to beat. Here you can enjoy walks and bike rides all year around. There is a multitude of great restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and just across the street. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, only a short walk away, with a direct access to the airport and Malaga city. There is no need for a car to stay in this lovely little apartment.
Low season monthly rates are available if your stay will be 4 weeks or more from November to March, so please enquire for a long stay quote.

The apartment complex felt safe and easy to get into! There was construction work going on at the time, but it was only a minor inconvenience. The location is perfect as there was many shops and restaurants just 5 mins walk and talk of the town litersee more

The location is perfect as there was many shops and restaurants just 5 mins walk and talk of the town literally outside the apartment complex with lovely food and lovely staff
