Luxury 1 bedroom apartment very close to the sea in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, with 5 minutes walk to train, shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment located on the 2nd floor is south/south east facing, with lovely morning sun, beautiful sea and beach views, . Private path leading on to the beachfront.
Lounge with sofa-bed, TV, open plan super modern kithen with breakfast bar and all the appliances and utensils including dish washer. Nice sized balcony with beautiful views, for relaxing and eating al fresco. Bedroom with a king size 150 cm memory foam mattress, TV and fitted wardrobes. The large bathroom has a rain shower and underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, TV in many languages and fibre optic Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels and our office is close by so we are willing to help with any of your needs.
The community is gated, has lift and ramp access directly off the flat entrance boulevard.
***PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED until further notice due to refurbishment****
There are restaurants, bars, shops, mini-markets and bus stop nearby and the Torreblanca train station is only a short walk away with direct trains to the airport and Malaga center. There is no need for a car to stay in this lovely apartment.
Low season monthly rates are available if your stay will be 4 weeks or more from November to March, so please enquire for a long stay quote.
Extra fee of 25,00€ in case you bring animals (maximum 10 kg). This is for extra cleaning and you must inform us prior to the holiday start date. Please ask us to supply a throw for the sofa for your dog or bring your own, thank you.

Amazing 1 bedroom apartment right on the seafront in Los Boliches, Fuengirola, in the popular community “Ronda 2” that boasts a beautiful garden and big swimming pool. The apartment is south west facing, with lots of sun from mid day til late. It is situated on the 3rd floor in a building with lift and ramp access. It has a good sized balcony, stunning views, lounge with sofa bed and dining table plus English TV (providing a massive list of channels in lots of different languages,). The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils you need if you are looking to eat in during your stay. The apartment is located on the promenade of Los Boliches, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy walks and bike rides all year around. There is a multitude of great restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and only a stone's throw away. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, only a short walk away, with a direct access to Malaga airport and Malaga city. There is no need for a car to stay in this lovely little apartment. Please note due to the ongoing drought restrictions we are unable to confirm the opening of the pools beyond september 30th 2024 This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment can accomodate 4 people and is comfortably located in the middle of Fuengirola center. From here you have walking distance to everything including train and bus station, shopping, restaurants and coffee shops and off course the beautiful blue flagged beaches of Fuengirola. The accomodation consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen - fully fitted with everything you need. Refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes and a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a double sofa bed in the living room. The terrace has been build in and offers open views of the city and the mountains. There is a communal swimming pool and lift in the building. The apartment is equipped with TV, internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, iron, hair dryer, central heating and air conditioning in the lounge area and a large ceiling fan in the bedroom. The beaches in Fuengirola are highly rated and there are also lots of restaurants and bars in this area, including many traditional beach restaurants - chiringuitos - with fresh fish and sea food. The 7 km long beach promenade offers a fantastic quality of life all year round and, in addition to sun and swimming, is also excellent for walking and cycling. ***please note*** This apartment does not have a local key collection point.
