A perfect place to enjoy your meals, a glass of wine or your morning coffee. Fully equipped open plan kitchen, including full refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. A family bathroom with walk in shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through out, utility equipment with washing machine, ironing board and iron and free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
There are ramps and lifts in the building, the community is gated with a community swimming pool.
The apartment is located a stone´s throw from the 7 km long promenade of Torreblanca, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides all year around thanks to the privileged climate. The golden sandy Torreblanca area of Fuengirola beach is very popular and a little quieter than the beaches of central Fuengirola and Los Boliches, ideal for both families and couples.
Nearby you will find chiringuitos, cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, taxis, bus stop and the Torreblanca train station is only a short walk away with direct trains to the airport and Málaga city center every 20 minutes.

There is a multitude of great restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and only a stone's throw away. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, only a short walk away, with a direct access to Malaga airport and Malaga city. There is no need for a car to stay in this lovely little apartment. Low season monthly rates are available if your stay will be 4 weeks or more from November to March, so please enquire for a more accurate and realistic price. Luxury 1 bedroom apartment very close to the sea in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, with 5 minutes walk to train, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment located on the 2nd floor is south/south east facing, with lovely morning sun, beautiful sea and beach views, . Private path leading on to the beachfront. Lounge with sofa-bed, TV, open plan super modern kithen with breakfast bar and all the appliances and utensils including dish washer. Nice sized balcony with beautiful views, for relaxing and eating al fresco. Bedroom with a king size 150 cm memory foam mattress, TV and fitted wardrobes. The large bathroom has a rain shower and underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, TV in many languages and fibre optic Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels and our office is close by so we are willing to help with any of your needs. The community is gated, has lift and ramp access directly off the flat entrance boulevard. ***PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED until further notice due to refurbishment**** There are restaurants, bars, shops, mini-markets and bus stop nearby and the Torreblanca train station is only a short walk away with direct trains to the airport and Malaga center.
