Beautiful and bright new build garden apartment in the very popular area Higueron West 217 in Fuengirola, with fantastic pool areas and only a few minutes by car to the nice beaches of Carvajal. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation and it is the perfect place to spoil yourself.
This modern and luxury corner apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a huge private garden, perfect for BBQ and outdoor dinners, sunbathing and family activities. It has a well-planned open kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, kitchen island and large sliding glass doors that open out to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and utensils. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. Two bathrooms, one of them ensuite and both with large walk in showers.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through out and free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
**Please note this apartment is not seafront but is only a 5 minute drive by car. It is recommended to have a car however it is not essential. The access by foot is on a hill so not suitable for people with limited mobility or young children.
There are two carpark spaces in the garage for the guests and lift in the building.
This is a gated community with two amazing pool areas and gardens, next to five star Hilton hotel in Reserva de Higueron with a very popular sport club and Spa.(additional charges for these facilities may apply) Here you also have several good restaurants and a roof top bar with infinity pool.
Easy access to the highway with only 15 minutes to the airport. The train station in Carvajal is only a few minues away by car and from here you can take the train to Málaga city center, Fuengirola and the airport every 20 minutes.
**Please note the Higueron Estate is a large urbanisation still under construction in parts. This apartment is situated in a fully completed part of the urbanisation however there may be building works in the approach to the location.
