Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment right on the seafront in Los Boliches, Fuengirola, in the popular community Ronda 2.
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor and can accomodate up to 4 people, ideal for couples and small families. Sunny living room with sofa bed, dining table and chairs, international TV and direct access to the south facing terrace with views over the sea, the communal lush gardens and the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils needed to cook and a small open window to the living room. Large double bedroom with direct access to the terrace and nice views, built in wardrobes and king size comfortable bed. Bathroom with walk in shower cubicle.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and fast fibre optic Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
Very well maintained gated community with secure parking in a large car park at the rear of the apartment block, two lifts from the main level to the 4th floor and a disabled access/lift to the main level from the car park and garden area. Communal swimming pool.
The apartment is located on the promenade of Los Boliches, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy walks and bike rides all year around. There is a multitude of great restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and only a stone's throw away. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, only a 7 minutes walk away, with direct trains every 20 minute to the airport and Malaga city. There is no need for a car to stay in this lovely little apartment.

One negative was air conditioning was in the lounge area only, the bedroom would benefit from air con too especially if you are staying in the summer months. Paintwork could do with a bit of TLC but that's a minor issue.

Loved the location, nice comfortable flat for a couple. Good sized balcony with wonderful sea view and comfortable chairs gets the sun in the afternoon. Well equipped small kitchen with big fridge/freezer. Filter Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, all see more

Bedroom great size with comfortable bed and lovely laundered sheets. Plenty of storage in big wardrobes and lots of hangers! Great shutters giving lovely dark room so great for sleeping. Lounge - comfortable sofa and chair, international TV with plenty of stations. Common areas are super clean and so is the pool area, all very well maintained with secure access and large car park. Everything is close by, a minute to the beach, 5 minutes to shops, etc. Really fantastic response from super helpful agents. |

The flat is great, but needs updating/refreshing. The shower is very small a large person would struggle, it needs a shelf in the shower, as no where to put anything, and hard to bend down as not enough room, however difficult to see how this could bsee more

The door lock caused many issues and stress, have reported and is being dealt with, as great response from agents. Needs some love ️ shame as could be amazing as lovely sized flat in great community. I am being objective as we had a lovely stay, but it wouldn’t take much to make it wonderful . |

Very good location for walking to all of Fuengirola. Close to train and bus stops. Apartment is very well equipped for even longer stays. Response from agent was very prompt on any issues.
