This luxurious development has just been completed recently and is very modern. It offers parking (2 private spaces right outside the house), community pool, tennis court, and gym/fitness center.
The living room is full of natural light and has sea views, a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, an armchair and TV, and has an open floor plan with a modern kitchen equipped with an island with 4 bar stools and a dining area for 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. From the kitchen and living room, you can access a large terrace with a dining table for 8 people. There is another large terrace and a private garden on the lower level, outside the rooms, with sun loungers and terrace furniture. This outdoor area can also be accessed by stairs from the upper terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and 2 with 2 single beds each (large). 2 bathrooms, one en suite, with walk-in showers. Service room with washer and dryer. Dressing room on the upper floor with toilet and sink.
The accommodation is equipped with dryer, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air conditioning (heat and cold) throughout the house. In the open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, plates/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer are provided.
During your stay, you can enjoy the facilities of the Sport Club El Edén, with jacuzzi, spa, gym, sauna, tennis court.
Eden is located just between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas and in just a few minutes by car you can reach many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping center, other amenities, beautiful beaches and impressive golf courses in El Chapparal and Miraflores

Modern and beautiful apartment with panoramic views and plenty of sunny outdoor space in Calahonda, Mijas Costa. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a residential complex, with access to a beautiful swimming pool. The apartment has a spacious furnished living room with a comfortable sofa, footrest, 2 armchairs, TV and dining table. From the living area, you can access the incredible and spacious south-facing terrace with relaxation and dining areas. There is a large open and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes and access to private terraces. Two bathrooms with showers. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning throughout the building, free WiFi, satellite TV, iron and hairdryer. We provide all bed linen and towels. The community offers a large adult swimming pool and a children's pool, elevator in the building and outdoor parking. Calahonda is a quiet and well-maintained residential area belonging to Mijas Costa. Within the area, there is a good range of services. Next to the apartment is a popular tennis and paddle club. The nearest bars and restaurants are 20 minutes walking distance. The beach is 2 km away and there is also a very pleasant seafront promenade where you can enjoy walks and bicycle rides all year round thanks to the privileged climate. There is a local bus in Calahonda and a main bus route that takes you to both Fuengirola and Marbella, from the bus stop on the A7 which is approximately 6 minutes by car or 25 minutes walking from the apartment. *** please note *** This apartment does not have a local key pickup point.
